We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives quickly, safely, and with all the care your family deserves. Below, you will find everything you need to know about our shipping policies, timelines, and costs.
New Tariffs & Customs
Effective August 29, 2025, the United States applies tariffs to all European imports. As a result, all shipments must clear customs and may be subject to duties. For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable customs fees, import duties, and express shipping costs are included in the advertised price. Customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Important note: If the carrier reaches out to you about your order, please forward the message to us rather than replying directly. We're already handling the communication and want to avoid duplicate responses or any confusion.
Shipping Locations
We proudly ship to the United States and Canada with Free Express Shipping on all orders over $150.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once an order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the customer.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, estimated delivery times to the United States and Canada are 2–5 business days, although in some cases customs clearance delays may extend this.
These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and customs processing.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Orders over $150 qualify for Free Express Shipping to the United States and Canada. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $19.99.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, all customs fees, import duties, and taxes are included in the advertised price. Your package will arrive duty-free, without surprise charges. For orders shipped to Canada, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for additional information. Customs delays are rare but may occur and are outside of our control.
Tracking
Once an order ships, the customer will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipment is created.
On-Time Delivery & Potential Delays
We pride ourselves on fast and reliable shipping, with over 99% of our packages arriving on time without issue. However, unavoidable carrier delays due to weather, holidays, customs inspections, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. These delays, including customs clearance delays, are beyond our control and are not refundable. Customers are strongly advised to place orders at least two weeks prior to the date the product is needed.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please take clear photos and contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible. You may also contact our customer service team within five (5) days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We are committed to helping resolve shipping issues as quickly and smoothly as possible.
For clarity, "damaged" means the inner silver bag or can is punctured. Cosmetic issues such as small dents or creases are not eligible for refunds. If your package is confirmed lost after investigation, a refund will be issued.
Address Changes After Ordering
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Address changes may be requested immediately after ordering, but are not guaranteed. Packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses are not refundable. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we do not assume responsibility for delivery failures caused by address changes or courier redirection requests. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do ship to business addresses in the United States and Canada.
Misdeliveries
Once a package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, you should check the surrounding delivery area, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier directly for assistance. While we will do our best to help if issues arise, packages marked as "delivered" are not eligible for refunds, including cases of theft or loss after delivery confirmation. If tracking confirms that a package was not delivered, we will assist in resolving the issue.
