Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Over 99% of our packages arrive on time without issue. Our typical delivery time is 2–5 business days; however, delays caused by weather, holidays, or customs are beyond our control. During peak seasons, rare delays may also extend delivery by several additional days, although this is rare

While we guarantee shipment within one business day, delivery delays caused by the carrier—including those related to import and customs clearance—are not refundable, as they are outside of our control.
To ensure uninterrupted access to your formula, we strongly recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance.
We’re truly sorry if your order arrived damaged or didn’t arrive at all—thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right. Thankfully, this is extremely rare, but in uncommon cases it can occur due to circumstances during shipping that are beyond our control.
For clarity, “damaged” means that the inner silver bag or the can itself is punctured. Cosmetic issues such as small dents, creases, or scuffs to the outer packaging are not eligible for refunds.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Notify the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the damage
- Contact us within three (3) days of delivery so we can assist you promptly
If your package is lost in transit, we will work directly with the carrier to investigate. Once the loss is confirmed, a refund will be issued.
Important Safety Notice:
Never use formula if the inner bag or can is punctured. Please take photos for documentation and dispose of the product immediately.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check nearby areas, speak with neighbors, or contact the courier directly for further assistance.
Please note refunds cannot be issued for packages marked as “delivered.” However, if tracking confirms the package was not delivered, our delivery guarantee applies and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
We sincerely apologize if an incorrect item was sent—thank you for bringing it to our attention. When contacting us, please include:

- A clear photo of the shipping label
- A clear photo of the item you received
If the correct product is available, we will ship it out immediately. If it is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. We truly appreciate your patience and will resolve this promptly.
For the safety of all our customers and babies, we do not accept returns. Since all of our products are guaranteed fresh, accepting returns could potentially compromise the quality and safety of the product.
However, we understand that situations can arise, and we are happy to offer refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, if you notice an issue shortly after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If a cancellation is approved before shipment, a refund will be issued minus a 5% handling and transaction fee. Please note that refunds may take 5–10 business days to post, depending on your bank and payment method.
Your order is shipped to the address entered at checkout. If you realize an address change is needed, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed after payment is completed.
Packages sent to an old or incorrect address are not refundable, and once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot assume responsibility for delivery issues caused by address changes. For the smoothest delivery experience, we strongly recommend avoiding courier redirection requests, as they frequently lead to delays or delivery errors.

Manufacturers occasionally update their packaging designs. Because we prioritize shipping the newest available inventory with the longest shelf life, your product may arrive in updated packaging that differs from the images shown on our website.
