Returns and Refunds Policy

At Organic Formula Direct, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we are committed to providing the highest-quality products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our policy below for guidance on refunds, order accuracy, processing, and modifications.

Important Note on Safety

For the safety of your baby and all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any baby formula or consumable products, even if unopened. Once products leave our warehouse, they are never restocked or resold. This ensures product integrity and freshness, as all items are guaranteed to be unopened and safe for use.

Order Accuracy & Delivery Guidelines

To ensure a smooth ordering and delivery experience:

  • Review your order details – Double-check product selections and quantities before checkout.
  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address – Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.
  • Accept delivery promptly – Orders must be retrieved in a timely manner.

Order Processing, Modifications & Cancellation

Orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible after being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If a cancellation is approved prior to shipment, a refund will be issued minus a 5% handling and transaction fee. Please note that refunds may take 5–10 business days to post, depending on your bank and payment method.

Refusal of Delivery

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refused. If you refuse delivery, no refund will be issued. For safety reasons, refused formula cannot be restocked or resold.

Exception: If you refuse delivery due to visible external damage to the package or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us immediately with photo documentation. These situations will be handled as damage or accuracy claims, not refusals.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or restricted access, it cannot be returned to our inventory. For safety and quality reasons, undeliverable formula must be destroyed and cannot be restocked or resold. Because the product is lost due to circumstances outside our control, refunds are not available. Customers may place a new order with a corrected address.

If the package was undeliverable due to carrier error (for example, delivered to the wrong address despite correct information being provided, or lost in transit), please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution based on the carrier's findings.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Shipments: Damage is defined as a punctured inner silver bag or can. Cosmetic issues such as dents or creases are not eligible for refunds. All damage must be reported within five (5) days of the delivery date with photo documentation. For additional details, see our Shipping Policy.
  • Lost Shipments: Must be confirmed lost through carrier investigation before refund eligibility is determined. See our Shipping Policy for procedures.
  • Incorrect Products: Contact us within five (5) days of delivery with photos of the product received, in its original packaging, clearly showing the product label.

If only part of your order is affected, refunds or replacements will apply only to the damaged or incorrect items.

Updated Packaging

Packaging designs are occasionally refreshed by the manufacturer. Since we prioritize sending the newest inventory with the longest shelf life, your product may arrive in updated packaging that differs from the photos online. Packaging changes are not eligible for refunds.

Product Complaints & Fraud Prevention

Product complaints are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Clear photo or video documentation may be required to support an investigation. Manufacturing batch numbers may be cross-checked as part of the review process. In rare cases where additional verification is required, laboratory testing may be requested to verify product safety and authenticity.

Refunds

Once your case has been reviewed, you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to post, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and in good faith. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can work together on a solution. In many cases, we can resolve issues more quickly and with less hassle by working directly with you.
